The Sun Rock RC 300m Portable Drilling Rig is a powerful and versatile solution designed for a wide range of drilling applications including reverse circulation (RC), DTH (Down-The-Hole), and geotechnical investigations. Built for performance and portability, this rig combines high-capacity drilling capabilities with adaptability across various terrains and formations. Engineered with a robust pull-up force of 10,750 kgf and a pull-down force of 7,250 kgf, the RC 300m rig ensures efficient penetration even in challenging conditions. The rig is powered by a 1200 CFM – 500 PSI compressor and supports multiple drilling mediums such as air, water, and foam, making it ideal for use across different environments. Equipped with a cyclone attachment and sample splitter, the RC 300m enables clean and accurate sample recovery, crucial for mineral exploration and geotechnical studies. The rig supports bit diameters ranging from 90 mm to 165 mm (3.5" – 6.5"), with a drilling depth capacity of up to 300 meters for RC and 100–150 meters for DTH, depending on the ground formation and configuration. Available in both truck-mounted and track-mounted configurations, the RC 300m also offers an optional booster attachment for high-pressure drilling in deep or difficult formations.
